HANTESU, located in Murcia (southern Spain), with a fresh and close proposal, brings a new work concept from passion and inner effort combined with a long experience in international markets.
It began as a project of management and sale of paprika and spices in international markets, which becomes a dynamic project of study, advice, management and development of agri-food projects for industry and distribution channels, in order to locate and provide optimal solutions in the management of purchase and sale products.
All this supported by an exceptional international human team, with a very important role within the management of HANTESU, that gives a magnificent added value to our company.

With a long experience in this line, we are currently working with the .most important Asian, European & South American mills to get the best options to our partners & customers. ..
In EUROPE, we work from Spain with Long, Medium and Round Rice (Whole & White) and Parboiled Rice. From Italy with Long, Medium and Round Rice (Whole and White), Long A White Rice (Arborio & Carnaroli) and Sushi Rice. From Portugal with Long and Carolino Rice (Whole & White). From Greece with Medium Rice (Husk & White).
In ASIA, we work from Myanmar with Long Rice (White and Parboiled) and Medium White Rice. From Cambodia with Parboiled Long Rice and Jasmine Rice.
In SOUTH AMERICA, we work from Paraguay and Uruguay with Long Rice (Whole & Parboiled Whole Rice).


Versatile product with a mild flavor and fine texture that is obtained from the grinding of rice grains, either white or wholemeal.
As main properties we can highlight that it is gluten-free, is a source of complex carbohydrates, its low fat content and is rich in vitamins and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium).
Among its uses we highlight Pastry (breads, cookies, cakes, biscuits and other gluten-free doughs). Vegetable drinks, as well as smoothies. Desserts (custard, flans and puddings). Breading (ideal for meat, fish and vegetables) and Thickener (for sauces, creams and soups).
We currently have both SEMOLINA and FLOURS in different granulometries, in Conventional and Organic, as well as Heat Treated, in a drying system that allows us to obtain products suitable for uses that do not require subsequent pasteurization and Precooked Flours.

We work with a wide range of herbs and spices, whole and ground, under rigorous quality controls.
Allspice - Aniseed - Basil - Bay leaves - Black Pepper - Black Salt Caraway - Cardamom - Cayenne - Cinnamon - Cloves - Cochineal Carmine - Coriander - Cumin - Dill - Dried Garlic - Fennel - Mixed Herbs Food Colouring - Ginger - Green Pepper - Lavender - Marjoram Mustard - Nutmeg - Onion - Oregano - Parsley - Peppermint - Pine Nuts - Pink Pepper - Pink Salt - Rosemary Safflower - Saffron - Sage Savory - Spearmint - Star Anise Tarragon - Thyme - Tomato - Turmeric White Pepper.
We also offer spices blends for the meat industry, as well as other blends such as Chili Powder, Curry, Garam Masala, Pul Biber, etc.
Hot pepper OLEORESINS are available with a pungency rating up to 1,000,000 Scoville.


Paprika
SWEET PAPRIKA is a condiment made from specific varieties of dried paprika. The grinding process can be done by removing all the seeds of the pepper, or by adding more seeds. This allows the production of different qualities of paprika, ranging from 60 to 180 ASTA.
HOT PAPRIKA is obtained from different varieties of peppers, it can have different intensities of spiciness depending on which .variety is used, as they have a different capsaicin content; this is the substance that gives paprika its spicy flavour.
SMOKED PAPRIKA is made from sweet varieties, which may be the same or different from those used for sweet paprika, and which during the drying process in vertical current dryers are subjected to smoke from holm oak, oak and aromatic shrubs. This drying process, which can take up to two weeks, gives the paprika its unique aroma and flavour.
SWEET PAPRIKA OLEORESIN is available from 100.000 to 20.000 IU.
